You don't grow when you're at the gym.
Training aims to break down muscles to build it back bigger and stronger but to do that, you must allow it to recover. Recovery is as important as your training, if not more!
In this episode, together with Nicole, we'll share some muscle recovery tips that we personally swear by. For us, recovery means eating right, getting enough sleep, and giving yourself regular breaks from the gym—even if you don't want to.
